Paypal - Notification of Payment emails - are not always arriving in my inbox for some unknown reason, sometimes delayed, sometimes not at all. This is beyond my control. If you’ve not received your designs within a few hours, please forward on the details for me to verify against my Paypal account to sue4tdesigns@btinternet.com and then I can send out your designs. Thanks for understanding.

Terms and Conditions

1) For every design you purchase, you are entitled to choose a 2nd design set for free. So you can buy 2 and get 2 free, and so on.

2) The free design set must be of a less or equal value of the purchased design set. In the case of multiple purchases, the total of designs purchased must be greater than or equal to the total value of free designs.

3) Do not add the free design(s) to your cart or you will be charged for them.

4) Let me know which design(s) you want as your free sets by adding the information to the paypal comments box or at least add in something about you will email me with that information so I know to look out for an email from you.

5) You must let me know at the time of purchase which sets you want as in point 4, not a day or two later.

6) The sale starts and finishes on the days advertised although some leniency is given to purchasers in the US/Canada who are 4-8 hours behind UK time when the sale finishes.

7) I reserve the right to refund monies and send no designs if the above conditions are not adhered to as per point 2.

8) Sorry, but if you bought designs in the days before the sale, the offer is not retrospective. The sale starts from the moment I announce it and upload the details onto the website.

9) All designs are included in the sale including any new sets unless it is specifically stated to the contrary.

10) Empty out your inbox and get ready to receive the files having enjoyed your shopping experience.
