These stunning 3-d poinsettias can be created in both organza and as free standing lace. They come in 4 different ring sizes with 5 different leaf sized rings giving you so many variations as to how to create your own individual poinsettia. They are very easy to make and the files come with a colour pdf file set of instructions. My testers had so much fun with them that I have so many photos to choose from. Apologies in advance if the page takes ages to load but I couldnt just choose 2! Thank you Cecilia, Helen and Barbra for the photos. How you use your poinsettia is up to you. There are 4 different centre sizes - approx 1/2, 1, 1.5 and 2. There is also a version with individual leaves with a slot through which you can thread ribbon or similar so that you can fit the leaves around a non circular item and it also provides a solution for people who only have a small hoop. Some files have been adapted to fit smaller hoops within the set. Please do check the file set information carefully to make sure that all the rings can be stitched in your hoop although I will give a rough guide line as to which is the smallest size hoop required. |

Please note that the size above refers to the centre ring size of each set and is approximate. There are various optional centres included that can be used decoratively. Instead of stitching out the yellow dots to represent the centre of the flower, hot fix crystals look so much nicer!!! Important: Hoop sizes All filesets will fit the Janome B hoop which is 140x200mm (5.5 x 7.9) or larger with the exception of the 2 centre size which will fit the Husqvarna Large 150x240mm hoop/Brother 6x10 (180x260mm) or larger. If you only have a 5x7 only the mini version and slotted versions are suitable. If you only have a 4x4 hoop, only the slotted versions are suitable. With each sized set you will receive both the organza and the FSL version. |
